Our strategic use of technology reflects our passion for finding new ways to meet client needs. We understand that responsiveness is paramount to providing excellent client service. To this end, we continuously strive to stay in front of the latest in communication technologies. Most attorneys are equipped with a BlackBerry® device, enabling continuous access to e-mail and voice messaging. Our custom-built, SharePoint-based extranet service allows clients to access legal documentation and review project information from anywhere, at any time. Our Intranet is "information central" for organizing and retrieving legal information and simplifying administrative tasks.
The technology infrastructure in our offices is custom-designed with each floor plan specifically configured to support the way we practice law and interact with our clients. Meeting rooms are equipped with video conferencing and advanced A/V capabilities. Public spaces feature simple wireless access to e-mail and the Internet for clients, guests and internal users. Other innovations include our voice-over-IP telephone system, which integrates voice messaging with e-mail; LCD television monitors, located near common areas, that share information and real-time news feeds; and an advanced disaster recovery program which ensures our data will always be available to our attorneys and clients.
Using progressive technology, we are able to access the knowledge base of a 100-year-old firm and build upon the existing foundation of our attorneys' work and experience.
