Emily Bowman represents financial institutions and corporate clients in a variety of commercial lending, real estate transactional, general corporate and business transactional matters. Her experience includes real estate acquisitions, dispositions and refinancings, closing of new loans and loan assumptions and workouts and foreclosures.

Most recently, Emily has been involved in representing life insurance companies in closing over $106 million of new loans and loan assumptions in seven states across the country. She provided representation in conjunction with the $125 million refinance of Green Hills Mall in Nashville, the $65 million refinance of Turkey Creek Lifestyle Center in Knoxville, TN and the $22 million acquisition loan for Burton Hills IV office building in Nashville. In addition, Emily was involved in the $43 million acquisition of 43 retail fuel and convenience stores in north Georgia and east Tennessee.

Emily has served on the Finance and Operations Council of the Junior League of Nashville (2004-2005) and is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks.
