Boult Cummings will host the 6th Annual Landlord/Tenant Legal Seminar on Thursday, May 10 from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Nashville School of Law. Topics will include issues in ground leasing, construction issues, what to ask for in loan committment, personal injury insurance coverage issues and questions for potential joint venture partners. The following Boult Cummings attorneys will present on these topics: Ann Cargile, David Taylor, Charlie Sanger and George Nolan.

This course has been approved by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission for 3.0 hours of Continuing Education Credit. Attendance at the entire seminar is required in order to receive credit.
