The members of the Hiring Committee represent a cross-section of the attorneys at the firm. Their duties include reviewing resumes to decide which students to interview, participating in the on-campus and callback interview process, determining which students to invite to be a part of the summer program, and recommending to the Board which students should be given a permanent job offer at Boult Cummings.
