Boult Cummings will visit several schools and job fairs to interview 2L students for the Summer Associate Program in the upcoming year.  Listed below is the current 2008 fall on-campus interview schedule.

After our on-campus interview process, a select group of students are invited back for the second interview round. Our callback interviews are held on specific dates at the firm.  Once you have been invited for a callback interview, you will work with our Director of Professional Recruiting and Development, Kelly Fiala, to select a date.  Boult Cummings will pay for your hotel, airfare or out-of-town vehicle mileage and meal expenses.

The night before each callback interview, the firm hosts a group dinner for all the candidates and several of our attorneys. The day of the interview, candidates meet with representatives from our management team and interview one-on-one with a cross-section of our attorneys. The callback interview process is designed to provide each candidate with the opportunity to interact with at least 10 attorneys at the firm in order to gain a broad perspective about our firm culture, hiring criteria and quality of life in Nashville.
