Career choices can be difficult decisions to make - What type of law will you practice? In what city should you live and practice law? Boult Cummings understands the tough questions law students face and through our interview and summer associate programs, we hope you will find that Boult Cummings is a great place to begin your legal career.

Our process starts each fall with a visit to an array of college campuses throughout the Southeast. We also accept write-in resumes from candidates across the country. After our interview process, we narrow down our pool of candidates to form our summer associate class. The Boult Cummings Summer Associate program consists of a six-week session designed with just the right mix of work and social activities. The goal of our program is to showcase Boult Cummings and the type of work to which you will be exposed as an attorney at our firm. Through your work and the activities, we want you to get to know the attorneys, the culture of the firm and the city of Nashville in order to make the best decision for your future.
