Rocketown Nears Partial Tax Exemption

Boult Cummings attorney, Joe Gibbs, is representing Christian-focused youth center Rocketown as it attempts to achieve tax-exempt status. The Tennessee State Board of Equalization originally denied Rocketown exempt status. However, the decision was appealed and in February Rocketown was given partial-exemption status.
